We need to ensure the safety of the package and its timely arrival in your hands. Therefore, all lost packages, all blocked packages, and all incorrect goods will be returned. All orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, USPS, and Royalmail. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose a transportation method. Different transportation means different delivery times and costs. Let's introduce the transportation method below.

 

1: FedEx/UPS/DHL
This is a fast transportation option. Currently, FedEx and UPS are mainly used in the United States and DHL to other parts of the world, with roughly the same cost and delivery time of about 10-15 days. Usually, if the destination is the United States and it is a small package, we will use FedEx for transportation, but for larger packages sent by UPS, it will be safer.

 

2: EMS
EMS is a national company. Compared to FedEx, UPS, and DHL, EMS is not as fast, but the delivery rate is high. For some countries, we can only ship through EMS, and for some regions, such as overseas military bases in the United States, we can only ship through EMS. For some countries, such as Canada, Australia, and South Africa, it is easier to avoid tariffs if we send through EMS.

 

3: E-pack/USPS
This is a free shipping method, but only applicable to a few countries. The package weight needs to be less than 2 kilograms, and the delivery time is about 15-40 days.
We send the package to the United States through USPS. When the package is en route to the United States, it will be online, but it will only start moving when it has been delivered by USPS. If you see the package start moving, you will receive it within 3-4 days, but the time from China to the United States is about 10-15 days.
When going to other countries, we usually bring E-pack with us, and you can track it online within about 2 days after we ship. However, delivery is usually unstable and takes about 15-40 days, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. Please understand that as this is an international transportation, there are many uncontrollable factors.

 

Our delivery work has some key principles.

Safety is the most important thing, so we usually use small packages for transportation.
All products will undergo a comprehensive inspection before shipment.
All packages will be packed in at least outer packaging boxes.
No unfamiliar transportation methods were tested.
Notify the shipper promptly after we send out the package.
 
However, there are still some problems during transportation. In any case, it is our work attitude to face the problems and quickly solve them. Please help us to avoid unnecessary errors.

 

After receiving our shipping notification, set a 10 to 20 day mobile notification.
Be careful when the goods approach you.
If the shipment is abnormal, please call the transportation company.
If there are any issues with delivery, please let us know.
